JUNE, the happiest month for all Singapore kids. It’s School Holiday.
Time to take some time out of your children’s books, tuition, or enrichment classes. Bring them out for some family fun time.
Not having any idea where to go? Why not, Downtown East.
Downtown East is a one-stop leisure and lifestyle destination located at the east side of our little red dot, Pasir Ris. It have a wide array of entertainment options at affordable prices like Wild Wild Wet, D’Resort, Orchid Bowl and eXplorerkid. The newly revamp Downtown East is also home to many wallet friendly restaurants and stores where you can dine and shop while having fun.
Wild Wild Wet @ Downtown East recently completed its expansion to double its original size.
To celebrate the completion, Wild Wild Wet launch “Seeing Double Campaign”
Come dressed identically with a friend to enjoy 1 for 1 Wild Wild Wet Admission Ticket, Orchid Bowl, eXplorerkid.
I was invited by Wild Wild Wet and SampleStore to be part of Wild Wild Wet’s attempt to set Singapore Book of Records for the ‘Largest Gathering of Dress Alike Duos.’
Thanks to this event, I met up with my girls on Friday to do some shopping therapy to get our twin wear.
With everyone efforts, we manage to set the Singapore Book of Record with 111 pairs of people dressing alike at Wild Wild Wet.
For the month of June and July, you will get to enjoy Singapore’s longest inflatable freestyle water slide, The Woosh.
Guests can slide down the entire length of 50m from a height of 4.5m in almost any way possible. The dual lanes also mean that guests can challenge each other and compete to see who can slide further along the slide.
The Woosh is a freestyle slide where you can get creative while sliding down. There’s floats and sledges provided for you too. The four of us had lots of fun sliding down The Woosh.
In addition to Wild Wild Wet new opening , they launch two new ride; Royal Flush, Asia’s first hybrid ride combining the Behemoth BOWL40 and TornadoWAVE – effectively combining two rides into one unique experience.
Since young, I am afraid of height. Therefore I sent my three brave heroines to conquer the Royal Flush.
If you are like me, fear not. There other rides which you can enjoy with your friends.
We went for the Tsunami pool and Shiok River after the trill rides.
For younger kids, Wild Wild Wet also provide have a huge range of exciting and fun rides, slides and playground at the Kidz Zone.
I bump into my friend and her two little girls at Wild Wild Wet. I am glad that they were also having lots of fun with the Kid Zone.
After a whole afternoon of fun, we decided to grab some lunch at Downtown East. We are spoilt for the number of dinning places. We decided to settle with Eighteen Chef to fill our hungry tummies.
Here are the admission charges for Wild Wild Wet for your reference.
