After participating in last year Hello Kitty Run, I had been wondering whether will they organize a Hello Kitty Run this year.
Me and my sister really have lots of fun at the Hello Kitty Run 2014 even thought it start raining. It is the first event that we participate together.
This year, Hello Kitty will be celebrating Christmas with everyone on the 19th December 2015 at The Float @ Marina Bay !
The only carnival and event that will make me scream and cannot stop jumping around in joy!
Hello Kitty Go Around! will be coming to Singapore !! It is the first time that this theme park event is featured outside Hong Kong!
Hello Kitty Go Around! Singapore will be making its official debut at Resorts World Sentosa from 16 October to 10 November 2015. Taking place at the Coliseum, Hard Rock Hotel Singapore.
Thanks Mighty Eight and RocktLabs for the invitation to the Hello Kitty Go Around! Press Conference.
Day 2 official marked the start of the whole Alshaya Food Tour which we will be taste testing 4 different American-based restaurants. Starting with IHOP, PF Chang, Shake Shack and lastly, Texas Road House. This was also marked the start of my work as we are required to hand in our food review about the restaurants on the same night. Our reviews will act as one of their consideration in bringing the 4 restaurants into Asia.
After a great night sleep in the Sheraton Sweet SleeperTM Bed, I am all fresh and ready for the challenge.

It had been a long long time since I met up with my girl friends. As we grew older, the responsibility and commitment started to increase too, make it harder for us to meet up. Even so, the strong friendship bond still stay with us.
Thanks Melody for arranging the brunch meet up at The Hangar.
The Hangar is a Aussie styled cafe with an industry concept interior design that specialize in coffees, sandwiches and salads. Situated at the far end of Arab Street making it a perfect hang out venue away from all the crowd. A nice cozy cafe to catch up with your friends while enjoying the good coffees and food that are served in The Hangar.
Travelling to Japan had always been on my travel bucket list. Other than experiencing the rich Japan culture and visiting the land of Hello Kitty, I have always wanted to visit Japan for their abundance of gastronomical delights with a boundless variety of regional and seasonal food.
For the month of September, The Soup Spoon launched their Souper Inspiration Japan. Souperchef Anna had come out with 3 different Japan themed soups, “Japanese Style Vegan Sweet Potato Curry”, “Nikujaga Wasabi Beef Stew” and “Salmon Head Touyu Nabe” using the different types of stable or comfort Japan food.
I had been using RedMart for a few months to purchase my office’s pantry foods and drinks. I like the concept of buying online and having the items delivered straight to my office. I started to get addicted to shopping on RedMart as they had an average of 2000 items on sales. You will be spoilt with choices. Certain items sold on RedMart are even cheaper then store bought.
Here some of my shortlisted items for this month purchases.
Gabu Gabu Strawberry Ice Cream Soda is selling around $1.50 – $1.80 per can at normal coffee shop. Buying a cartoon of 24 cans at $10.00 which equal to 40 cents per can.
In conjunction of Singapore 50, The Square @ Novotel Clarke Quay is launching a Peranakan themed Buffet Line by Chef Kishen for the month of August.
Every month, The Square will launch a different themed buffet line. For the month of July, it was “Sweet Indulgences” by Chef Sin Siak featuring his cakes and desserts creations.
I am honour to be invited through Open Rice to have the first insight and taste of the upcoming Peranakan Buffet Line as well as the chance to try out the July “Sweet Indulgences”.
What will be the first dish you can think of coming to Peranakan cuisine?
